Can my childs father be given custody if he ask the courts for it, when I have moved to a diffrent county then the child was born in, and have been here less than six months?

Do you mean can he get custody because you moved the child more than 50 miles without the father's or the court's permission? If so, then yes, it's very possible that the father can get custody, because you've violated Florida law. It's not automatic, though. You still get to state your reasons for your move to the court, and you probably will still get the option to move back and keep custody.

If you moved less than 50 miles, then you'll probably just have to fight for custody, and the judge will have to determine who gets custody based on what's in the best interest of your child.
