residency

does a person have a right to occupy a residence soley because they recieve mail there ? This person usedd to live with me, and refused to leave after an abusive situation and now wants me to allow him to have my home as his adress for not only mail but also i found out recently used my adress for his drivers lisence renewal. I have a child home with me alone and find this worrysome. Please advise.

Nope. Would have helped if you had identified who the person was. If it was the owner of the residence, or co-owner, or somebody with status as to the property, then that could change things.

Why not mark the mail "Not At This Address" and return it.
