What is the residency requirements to get a divorce in the state of Fl? (If my spouse lives in another state.)

You have to have lived in Florida for the six months preceding the filing of the divorce. It doesn't matter where your spouse lives.

While you may obtain a divorce, you cannot obtain any marital distribution or alimony
