Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a resident of Florida, and going thru a divorce, I retired from military in 1995 was married in 2003, Will my retire be considered martial asset?

Not considered a marial asset - however it is considered income. If your spouse is entitled to alimony - which may be iffy since this is not a long term relationship and I don't know the full circumstances, then all your income will be counted in order to compensate her (but her income is also included - if she is not working but is able to work , then minimum wage will be attributed to her as income. Need more info.
