Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
How do I respond to a paternity order that I don't agree with? I was served with papers stating that I was the father of a six year old, and the mother had told me when she was pregnant that it wasnt my child. Now i am being served, saying it is. I need to respond, and ask for a test. How do i word that?
