how to response to a child support modification. My son will be 18 in January 2011, however he is still a full time high school student

If you son will graduate at the age of 19 you will continue to pay. If he does not, the ex will need to apply to the court for continued support -however, it is probably unlikely that the ex will suceed as this student will be considered emancipated.
