response to being served anullment papers

i have been served papers from my estrasnged husband,stating he wants an anullment and back child support. my question is he has married someone else in the process so he has committed bigamy. what papers can i send to the court in response to his petition or lawsuit to deny all of the allegations?

There are no papers you can just send to the court. You should consult with a local attorney as soon as possible so that your options can be explained.

Either you or your Florida attorney must answer the complaint, in writing, within 20 days of service. You must file your papers with the court and serve a copy on the petitioning attorney. If you fail to answer, you will lose by default. Good luck.
