Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is it my responsibility to check on child support payments if they are deducted from my paycheck each week and sent to a disbursement unit?

Yes, child support is the paying person's responsibility, not the receiving person's responsibility. By the way, if there is a court order to your work to make the deduction and they don't do it, they may have to pay the support they didn't deduct.
