Restoring Parental Rights

I have custody of my nephew, the courts wont let me adopt because am not married or working yet but they knew that. My sis wants her son back but her rights were terminated,everything DCF said about her was a lie. We told them this was not what we wantedHe wants to live with her and we know he should be with her. My parents wanted them and they were told they were to old mid 50s is not old to have your 7 yr old grandson. We need advice fast Please Help!!!!!
