restraining order

I have had a restraining order against me ex husband since Aug. of 04. Last Nov.06 he took me to court to have the restraining order dropped, judge denied it. I just got an email from him and he wants me to drop the restraining order. I told him that I would do it if a judge tells me I have to. He says he will be taking me back to court and will ask a judge to overruled it and, will be asking for reimbursement of his attorney fees along with court costs. If a judge drops the order will I have to pay the attorney and court fees?
