Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have restraining order from my wife . court date thursday Do i have to answer guestion from the judge or can Inot answer . I would like to just comply and ask for an arangment to maintain the prperty onece week without my wife there . we rent out one side and I need to take care of it and I am sure my wife wants me to take care of it.She has depression and wants to be alone to try and come out of it and she will dop tis in amonth or two . I know this is xstem way of doing this .

you will need to answer questions the judge poses to you. As to the rental unit, if your restraining order request you to stay away, then hire someone to do the clean up and stay away.
