restraining orderand custody

My sister is married and has a three year old. her husband and the childs father was arrested in a sting operation for soliciting prostitution. She has done some investigating and he has frequented many escort services. What can she do immediately to keep him away form her and her son? Will this qualify him as an unfit father? She has provided everything financially for the family. Will this have any weight?

If there is no court order for visitation on place, she can just stop allowing visitation, although this is probably a pretty thin ground for it (unless one of the escorts he's been involved with was under 18). If there is a court order for visitation, she should file an emergency motion to stop visitation.
