retaining child custody

unmarried couple living together with a young son- the woman has started drinking heavily and prone to violance when drinking- how does

the man get her out and keep his

son ? she has no job,the house is his,he works and she has taken off in his car while drunk just to continue to drink.

Re: retaining child custody

You have to petition for custody and make a case to the court that you are the best parent for primary residential care (main custody).
