Retirement in a divorce

If there is a divorce decree in 1997 that says the wife is entitled to 1/2 of the spouses retirement and then she gets remarried twice but then the 2nd husband dies and she collects all his benefits can she still collect retirement from 2 people?

Sure. There is no rule that prohibits receiving two retirements.
