Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If my ex retires and tries to modify my alimony,can I request a copy of his tax returns so I can make sure he is still working? I have been awarded alimony until I die or remarry but if his income changes he can try to get it modified.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you would be acting premature at this point. However, once he files a Petition for Modification, he would be subject to providing you with mandatory disclosure, which would include his most recent income tax returns, pay information, which also includes pension income, etc.
