Immediate return of child

my ex husband took off to another state with our child w/out consent, i have a contempt of court hearing tomorrow, but earlier I filed a emergency child pick up order that was denied because Iowa can not honor that order w/out going to court there as well. I was doing some research & I found that people have filed a motion for immediate return of & temp custody of the child. I called the courthouse they don't know what I am talking about, please what is the actual name of that motion so I can file that NOW. Please please help me out, I just need to know what its called.

I don't know what state that motions works in. You will have a lot more success if you get an attorney; this is a serious matter.
