Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have just reveived a copy of the court documents for foreclosure on my home. The only income I have is my S.S. retirement benefits. My wife and I are currently separated but not contemplating a divorce. I have a very small business that currently provides an unstable weekly cash income of $90 to $200.

My greatest concern is how my wife may be affected by the flreclosure since she IS NOT signed on the mortage, but the deed only.

At this point I'm not sure what my next best move is, as up to this point I have been trying to make a go of my small business.

I am a Viet Nam Vet but receive no assistance of any kind and I AM NOT disabled in any way, mentally or physically that is, although there are those who may disagree!

Although you may lose the house, your wife's credit will not be affected by the foreclosure action since she is not on the mortgage.
