reversal of adoption

How can I get a reversal of an adoption, 14 yr boy, finalized through dcf in dec 07, now boy is exibiting unsafe behavior to my biological children, both me and my wife agree.

As a legal matter, adoptions can't be reversed, but you should report the matter to DCF, who will probably assist you with correcting the placement.

It is called a "failed adoption." But before you go down that path you should call or visit your local DCF office and have it recommend a Community-Based Care-giver (CBC) who can then arrange for some intensive counseling for the child so that the "unsafe behaviour" can be remedied and the other children will be safe.
