I had my son when I was 15 yrs old,and I made mistakes my rights where terminated.I was in a badpoint in my life,I was in a relationship with a man that was a racsit.I got out of that life and had turned my life around I have a daughter now.My question to you is,can I get custody of my son back,he wants to live with me and my sister is ok with it? What can I do,even if its partial custody.I just want me my daughter and my son to be a family again.

You don't say how old you are now? But it seems your sister has custody of your son. You know what terms she was given custody, right? Was it a Permanent Legal Guardianship or something else.
The Court can allow you to re-open a case and show the changed circumstances and how and why it is safe to return your son to you. Did you have a dependency lawyer in the prior case?
Go to the Clerk's office and they will help you assemble the paperwork (Motion to Re-open).
