Who has rights to cremation ashes?
Who has the first rights to cremation ashes - wife of deceased, or person who signed the contract and paid in full the funeral + cremation services?

They pass as any property would according to the will. If the will doesn't say or there is no will, then ashes pass according to Florida laws of intestate succession, which usually means the wife.
