rights

im devoced with a house between us that is to be sold. she lives there with my son. its to be sold or finianced by june 1 08. do i have the right to have an appraiser enter the home when she refuses entry of said appraiser.

You would need to look over your final judgment - but since the divorce is final and it was awarded to your wife, you no longer have any right to the house.

Follow Darren's advice and file a motion with the court.

Since the divorce is final you do not have the right to unilaterally have an appraiser come to the property. I would advise filing a post Final Judgment Motion to have an appraisal done prior to June 1, 2008.
