Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my rights as the father

In my divorce decree I was given all summers with my children and at least one phone call per week.

I haven't been able to talk to them over three months.

And just last week my ex-wife calls me and tells me not to go for my kids this summer because she wasn't going to let go with me.

What can I do.
