My rights of a father,
If my ex traveled with my child without me knowing what are my rights?

As a father, you always have the right to know where your child is spending the night. If your ex violated this right, or somehow violated your settlement agreement or judgment, you can file a motion for contempt.
On the other hand, you have to be reasonable about it. If your ex took your child for an overnight to Epcot and didn't tell you, the judge probably won't be upset. If your ex took your child to Paris for three weeks and you couldn't reach her or your child and you didn't know where they were or why your child wasn't in school, that's pretty serious. Somewhere in between, you should ask a lawyer.
