If you helped financially in the purchase of the house you may have a monetary interest in the property. I do not believe you have an ownership interest if you are not on the deed. Based on that assumption you do not have a right to remain on your boyfriend's property if he withdraws your invitation. As far as the car, again it is legally in his name therefore the title will reflect that the car belongs to him. A transfer of property such as a car requires a transfer of title. In this case it cannot be done because of the lenders preconditions for the loan. If he quits paying for the car the lender will have a civil remedy to recover the collateral of the loan which is the car.
