Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

do i have rights?

Me and my ex were never married and we have a baby together. The baby lives with her and I help out giving her some money monthly. She tells me that she is going to go to court to establish that I can only have the baby on holidays and vacations. She is moving to another state. Is there anything that I can do to prevent this? Can she legally get up and go if she wants to?

Yes she can. Until legal paternity has been established the court will not interfer.
