Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My rights

I have been married to my husband for 20 years . We have been apart for about 7 months. He has been in several affairs and I finally got my heart out of denial and ask him to leave. We sold our house and he moved out of town and I stayed. I am the one taking care of our children, while he gives me about 100 dollars every 8wks I have no insurance. saying all that He on the other hand has been bedding about 5 other women he picks up in bars I could go on but I am wondering what my rights are as a wife left abandoned. Isnt adultery against the law in Fla?

Re: My rights

At the least, you have the right to child support and, given the length of your marriage, you may be entitled to alimony as well. You may have many other rights, and you should consult with a family law attorney.

Adultery (at least not the kind that you've described) isn't illegal in Florida, so your best bet is to just divorce his cheating rear end and be done with him.
