the rights as a parent

(1)i pay my child support and the the healthcare through the courts

and it is not good enough for the mother.

(2)the mother desides when i get to see my child.

(3)right now the mother is not working and she ask me to pay for something and when i can't idon't get too see my child.

(4)i only get too my child and hour to spend time with courts my child on holydays and brithdays

(5)i get all kinds of bad names and she tells my child that i am a losser and extra.

(6)i was paying so much money too her when she left the states and when she got i stoped paying that amount she took me to court and she was not happy and she wants me to pay more and at these times i can't

Child support and visitation are unrelated. You need to modify your divorce agreement if you were married, or file a paternity suit if you were not, to receive specific, court-ordered timesharing with your child.
