Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My roommate has been separated for 6 months and her husband moved out of the family home. In order to pay her mortgage she invited me to live there in the spare room to help with finances. Now, her husband says he is moving back in after the holidays. I told her he shouldn't be allowed to do this. She cannot afford a lawyer and feels she has no choice. After he left she has had to get extensions, etc to pay her mortgage but it is in both of their names. Does he have the right to move back in? If so, how can she stop him? He threatened her about 4 months ago in front of people and ended up being 'Baker Acted'. Thanks for any help.

It is hios house. Absent a court order, he has every right to be there.
