Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What are the rules of evidence when being sued for devorce. My wife has previous arrest records I would like to bring into evidence.

With very few exceptions, they are the same as the rules of evidence for any other case. Arrest records cannot be introduced. You can introduce copies of the Judgment and Sentences of any felonies or "misdemenors involving dishonesty or false statement" of which she's been convicted, but only if she denies the convictions. If adjudication was withheld in the case, the "conviction" cannot be used against her.
