Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Sale of the primary home

At the end of the divorce, the ex wife was given the primary home. She was given 6 months to refinance. It didnt happen. The ex husband took her back to court. The judge gave her 30 days to refinance. It didnt happen. Is it in the judges power to force them to sell the home? The ex husband wants the home sold so he can get his share of the equity to purchas another home for him and his daughter. How many times is the judge likly to give her more time to refinance?
