Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, my name is Sam and I'm a 16 year old girl from Florida. My dad is a dead beat parent and I usually keep up with myself alone.

However, he will get these random days when I do a tiny thing wrong and he flips out.

He did that yesterday when I forgot my key at home and woke him up at 9 pm to unlock it. I apologized but he wouldn't let it go. Now he is refusing to allow me to get a permit, a job, or duel enroll.

Is he allowed to keep me from making decisions in my education?

I really need a job to save up for college can he not allow me to get a job?

Too little info. Where is your mom? Does he have custody of you? Does he work and why is he not saving funds for you?
