Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Im scared Florida of Father's rights

I would like to know the chances of the father of my child getting unsupervised visitation rights if.

Currently he has a warrant for his arrest in a different county, he does not have a driver's license and cannot get one due to back child support of about $30,000 from his other child in PA., but he still drives without a license and was picked up for driving while suspended in 2003, he also has two felonies on his record, and he has not lived at one residence for more than a few months at a time. Doesnt have a stable job, no insurance, and has barely paid child support to me and none of medical bills for the child. he keeps threating me that he will get unsupervised weekends and he will not have to pay anything. I make a little over poverty level and afford a lawyer and make $100. dollars over poverty for free legal aid. Im afraid that if I let him have unsupervised rights he will flea the state with my son. Since he has a warrant in FLorida and his legal residence in P.A. still sbecuase of his warrant and his family is there.

I have a stable job, home, health care, and my parents live one mile away. I dont know what to do, I dont not get child support and cannot afford a lawyer, what are his chances for unsupervised visits?

You can't afford NOT to get a lawyer. The odds of him getting unsupervised visits are pretty high. However, your argument that he may flee the state is a good one, especially given that he has a warrant out. You don't want to make that argument without a lawyer to help you, though.
