Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have scheduled phone visits with my child - over 350 miles away. She is 11 can she choice not to talk to me. Or am I missing a visitation.

the ex spouse is suppose to foster a good relationship with the other spouse by encouraging the child to want to be with the other spouse as well. If this is not happening then you need to file a Motion for contempt/enforcement.
