school loan repayment
During our 5 year marriage we both aquired school loans.Mine totals over $35,000,we used the money for school and for living expenses during school.Can my ex be held partially responsible for repayment of school loans in my name but aquired during the marriage?

Re: school loan repayment
Since you signed the note, you are responsible to the creditor. Contribution from you then husband is dependent upon a multitude of factors all of which should addressed in your dissolution action.
