Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am a school teacher and need to work over the summer for the first time since I have had kids. I am recently divorced. My ex pays support but that figure was without child care for the summer. Is he responsible to help me pay child care for the summer?

Yes, if the child care is necessary for you to work. However, any additional income on your part will be calculated in the new guidelines. Therefore if you decide to get an additional job over the summer you end up decreasing the amount of child support you currently receive.

Not without a court order.
