Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I getting separate and I come from Colombia, my husband is French, we have 2 kids and he says for custody he wants 50/50 and he says that I have to accept wherever he wants becouse I Have visa from his companyand. If we get divorced, his company is not going to give me the investment visa and if I have not visa he will have 100% of the custody, we have been marry for 10 years, I need to know if I have no more visa I have not right on my kids?
