I'm separate from my wife abouth 9 years she live in honduras. I file for a divorce march this year. But today i recevi a divorce paper from florida, i just want to know if is legal the she file for divorce in the us. If i file firth in honfuras.

Yes, under Florida law, it's actually possible to have two divorces pending at the same time. You should contact a Florida divorce lawyer to see how you should proceed with the Florida case. She may be trying to get alimony, a pension, or some other remedy she may not necessarily be entitled to under Honduran law.
