Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am separated from my husband,I do not have the money for a divorce at this time.I am trying to get on my feet.My husband does not show on time for his visits with our daughter.If I tell him it is too late he tells me that if I do not allow him to take her he will get custody of her through the courts.He is constantly threatening me and harassing me,is there anything I can do about this until I can get divorced? Nope. You married him, you're stuck with him until you divorce him. Ignore his custody threats, though.
