Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We have been separated since Nov. 20, 2008. After separation she moved 3 times within half a year. First, to her mother's apartment who isn�t allowed to be around children by law. Then lived with the man she cheated on me with. And now, to a friends house with 2 other women with 8 kids of their own in one small home. I am worried about my child�s health and safety. He has been in the hospital and sick many times after separation.

She does not allow me to see my son, know his well being, what daycare he goes to or anything.

Can I use this information against her if she decides to fight divorce and child custody
