Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I separated from my wife in fl. we are still legally married. I relocated to wv for work. I was supposed to bring my daughter up for a week in June. Now my wife is saying no that I can't see her. What ate my options?

Hey--I'll add some specifics to prior ans. Since you have not filed for divorce, there is no court order that she has violated. Thus, unfortunately, you have no recourse right now to force her to let you have daughter up there. You dont state the age of your daughter, but if she's school age & soon out for summer, you have options. You can immed. file for divorce & ask court for a temp. order for parenting time with child.
