Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am separated from my wife. We live in Orlando Florida. I have a car and she has a car. I cannot get her to pay her portion of the insurance. Both cars are in both of our names. Will my license get suspended if I do not pay her portion for her car or cancel her cars insurance so she has to get her own policy?

Yes, your license will get suspended, so you have to pay the whole thing, then take it up once the divorce gets filed, if it ever gets filed.
