Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been separated for 10 years. I am now (finally) filling for divorce. However I found out my ex had a kid recently. Do I have to fill out the Divorce Petition with kids (12.091-b1) or can i use the one without kids (12.901-b3.)

YOu need to list the child but show that this is not your child.
