Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I've been separated for 3 years now, my x wife took the kids to another county and she wont call me or let me see the kids and she wont tell me where they are at......

Can she hide the kids from me?

And if not what can I do?

Not legally. Bring an action for visitation in the County where they reside.
