Separation
I need to find what my rights. I've been living with my significant other for 9 years and we have two girls together. I do have a son from a previous marriage. All of the sudden he claims to be confused and need time to think whether he wants to be with me or not.. I suspect that he has been dating someone in another country. (phone bills, hotel receipt, text messages) which he denies over and over.. Anyway, about three weeks ago I graped his phone and read a text message that said '' my love, please listen to your voicemail, I keeps calling'' after that I totally lost my mind and hitted him begging him to tell me the truth.. he started calling me crazy, crazy and I run into the kitchen pulled a knife and told him to cut my heart open, anyway I know it was crazy but I lost it at that moment. I put myself into a 23 hour Psychiatric clinic for an evaluation. I knew what I did was nuts and I did it in front of my kids. He changed passwords to bank accounts, e-mails, etc prior to all of things, estupid me didn't even know for a while.. I have the house on my name but we have a business on his name which I financed with equity of my house.. What should I do to protect myself and my kids? what are my right in FL?

You are entitled to a share of the business and any other assets you contributed to.
