Separation
If I have been separated form my husband for over 2 years and he enters my residence while I am at work and takes furniture do I have a case to get it back?

Not if it was HIS furniture. You may still have a case for trespassing but without actual damages, you would probably spend more money filing the complaint than you would recover. If the items were yours, then you can file a writ of replevin to get your property back.
