Separation

Can my wife report a car as stolen if i

always almost exclusively used it

when i leave her with that car

She can report the car stolen but if the car is titled in your name or both names, the police will not treat it as such. If the car is titled in her name, then you should not take it without a court order granting you the right to the use of the vehicle.
