yes i was married on dec.23-1988 ok. and me and my husband with our two kids move to florida in july-10-1999 ok and he left us again i gave this man many chances to be a husband and a father to my kids but no go. but i was woundering if he are still legally married or what i have heard different things .IS THERE I WAY YOU CAN CHECK FOR ME HIS NAME IS JERAL--name removed--JR IAM JUST ASKING IS ALL

Why wouldn't you be married? Do you think he's filed divorce behind your back? Check with your clerk's office to see if he has filed divorce and, if so, if a final judgment was granted. If he's lived in many counties (or states), you may have to try them all.
