Want to seperate and take children out of state

I want to separate from my husband and take my two children ages 8 and 4, from Florida to Wisconsin where my family is. Can I do this?

No, not without filing with the court first and obtaining a court order allowing you to leave the State of Florida with the children. The father has equal rights to the children and you have no right to leave the State without permission from the family court in your county. You could face serious consequences if you do.
