Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have been seperated from my wife for the past 5 years and we have 2 boys together, we have never filed a divorce or never filed for any legal paperwork. I know have a relationship with another woman and have a two yr old daughter. About 2 yrs ago my wife disapeared from the state of florida with the boys and refuses to let me know of their whereabouts. I have contacted her on facebook begging her to allow be see the children and to please send me at least a P.O box where I can send her money for the kids and she also refuses. Now, about a week ago I recieved a letter from child supprt stating that she is requesting child support from me. Is this a legal matter and where should I go from here?

The law generally looks at child support and custody/visitation as two separate issues.
I suggest promptly retaining legal counsel to both handle the child support matter, and to pursue divorce. The divorce case would also determine custody/visitation.
You should print-out all documentation to show your efforts to maintain your relationship with the children, and her continuing attempt to frustrate same. That maybe a big benefit to you in the divorce case.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
