seperating from husband

been married for 20 yrs left hus for neglect & verbal abbuse moved out of family home for a while do i need permission to move back in our home both names are on home husband refuses to let me back in i did not abbandon my home i left because of him now i have no where to go but back to my home can i go back to my home ???

You should get an attorney and try to get a court to get you back in and your husband out of the house. Get an attorney because you do have the right to be in your home.
